This chapter presents a case study of managing remote employees at the Digital Theological Library. Human resources considerations discussed include legal classifications, reimbursement policies, cybersecurity, performance benchmarks, and strategies for maintaining worker satisfaction and organizational cohesion in a distributed work environment.
